pathetic service and internet connectivity

Pathetic service and no customer support. For the past couple of months internet connectivity has been really been on a downward spiral. Most recently ive been losing connection every evening. When you call customer care they tell you to either reboot system or the switch is off and they have no idea when it will be working fine. This is after telling you that the issue has been resolved. Every month without fail they deducting their funds but cannot provide the basics or yet communicate with client on issues that affect everyone
