Pathetic ISP

The service is becoming pathetic!!! Normally waiting for 20+ min for support desk to answer. Then they tell you they will call you back and no one calls you back. When your internet is down, know that your internet will be down for long without any support. Had so many fight with both their technical and billing teams!!! They could not care less about you!!!
