Logged a call on the evening of the 15th. Andrew from wondernet advised technicians working on the problems. The next morning still not working. Called twice the agents dropped both times. Finally the third attempt agent says they can't help until 8. But you guys claim to be a 24hr business. Terrible service I have been with you guys for a long time guess it's time for a change and for me to stop wondering anymore.
