Joke of service Delivery feom Wondernet

Our wifi has been off for 6 days now. No formal communication came from the company that there was a major fibre break. This was discovered by myself to ask around our community and on whatsapp groups. Only after I contact with the company (wondernet) then only they advised that the issue is not with them but with Vumatel as the major fibre break is their issue. No formal ETA was ever given. Wondernet still expect full payment but no service for 6 days. Seems like to me that there is no haste to fix this problems because they are still getting their full payment?

I do not have a contract with Vumatel I have contract with wondernet. Whatever the SLA is between wondernet and vumatel is is none of my concern. I expect a service delivery from Wondernet.

How poorly of you to not take this seriously..... I will be taking this issue also to the Ombudsman.
