Terrible service called them and could hear someone child in the background and they didn't answer then called again someone said hello and the call dropped.

All I want is my invoice to be email on time I need for work purposes for the month of March logged a email requesting this 2 days ago still waiting. So simple request, the connection is bad as well. This was never an issue when you guys were still with Seacom or operating as Seacom.

If it's under new management it's really bad you would you would be more customer centric in this competitive fibre market but anyway.... I see business hardly responds to any of these 1 star posts.
