I have had services with WonderNet for about 2.5 years and have not had any issues. I am always able to get hold of the accounts team or support desk and they are always able to assist me with my queries. I once had debit order issues which were resolved almost immediately and recently have had an issue with constant dropouts. The team called me almost 3 times a day to troubleshoot until it actually started working with no issues. I don't think any ISP (Or any business for that matter) can go without issues, but the service I've received is great so far and I appreciate the effort from all.
