Feeling like another number on the system.

This used to be the internet provider you can truly count on... Now I'm looking for a new provider. I keep getting charged for a previous account that they conveniently changed out of the blue without my consent. I've been back and forth with them for a few months now.... personally I don't think they are up for the challenge ever since the merger. And the consultants has no clue what is going on in their own back yard.
