Disgusting,Useless and Pathetic.Please refrain from this at all costs

As far as i remember Ive been with them for quite some time even before or just as they became wondernet and this is really REALLY a useless and the most pathetic company I've dealt with. I just cant agree with all other reviews when they say that the speeds is super low ,intermittent and just a total waste of money. I also know all the people behind their desks by name already and try speaking to a senior person or to management. They will make as if they are paying you for a service the way they play hide and seek and avoid your calls or just rush to close your tickets. How about this company start fixing peoples problems instead of just handing out tickets to their circus...Please if anyone can shed some light as to what is going on I will really appreciate it ,In need of contact details of either the CCO or the head of SME and FTTH.
