Customer service in the dumps

Every month for since May my wifi is out for 1-3 days at month-end. Everytime I cant get through to call centre, get lack lustre and slow response from whatsapp line, have to follow up numerous times on issue. They are the WORST! Unfortunately I have no other solution for FTTH in my building, I can only pray for karma.
