Consider other ISP options

I have been a loyal client at Wondernet for 3 years. We had the occasional hiccups, but in the past year and a half, things have deteriorated to the point where I can fully advise anyone to try and another ISP. Without naming names, I think there might be one of two that is worse than Wondernet, but statistically, I would roll the dice. I have had better service from Telkom back in the Dialup Modem days. Last straw for me was when I got a call saying the debit order did not go through successfully, I apologized (as this is something that never happens) and said I will check it out, I know I had an issue with my credit card, and that might have caused it. I asked them to rerun it and they refused saying I have to EFT. I reluctantly agreed, I mean, it could have been my fault, but then received a stark mail that states that they struggle with my payment regularly, which as far as I can recall, never happened, but definatly not in like a year or so that I can recall. Tried calling them, they dont answer. Tried getting through to them via support, but no response. Also, don't let me get started on how they implement CGNAT...
