Connectivity is unstable. Terrible technical support.

Wondernet might have the worst customer care centre of any of the ISPs. I have downtime at least once a month and everytime I try to contact customer support on the phone, it rings forever, no one ever picks up. So after you waste all your airtime, when you FINALLY get a hold of them, they tell you to use the whatsapp line. This morning I waited 3 hours before someone responded to my message. They really need to do better. Hire more staff for goodness sake.
