Atrocious support from Wondernet and Octotel

Atrocious support to clients, both from Wondernet and Octotel. In their system migration it has now been 6 days without connectivity after numerous requests and trial and error fixes. Weekend support does not exist and requests for a technician to come on site and rectify has fallen on deaf ears.
