2 months later and still no fibre

A new application was done by my husband at the end of May 2020 for Fibre installation, documents were signed etc, to date even after numerous follow ups all being from our side we are nowhere closer to having any kind of resolution or clear indication as to when our Fibre will be installed. The one department refers you to the next and so on, even their cancelations department is unable to assist, this is not how you should be acquiring a new customer or am I misunderstanding something here.
