Thanks Pilbert

I've logged a call on Friday evening 21.37 and wasn't hopeful to hear from them but 2mins later a patient and experienced support person called me back and done some online testing to find the issue. After a while on the call Pilbert offered to call me back as the call was getting long. While I was waiting for him call back, I got another support person calling me in a response for my logged query. It took a good few mins on the phone to resolve my issue, but it was all due to user error on my side and I was just so surprised with the excellent service received. Thank you for your patience and assistance that time of the evening. This is what I call service.
