Suspicious site inspection fee
They wanted payment for site assessment without any product details or information, which to me is very suspicious š, they even wrote a follow up email for payment and still no product information.....proceed with them with caution ā ļø

To clarify, our installation and required equipment, valued at R5,500, are provided at no cost, subject to a successful ITC credit check. There are no hidden fees or upfront costsāyou only pay for your selected monthly internet package.
The exception is an unsuccessful ITC credit checkāa check of the applicantās credit record. In this situation, the company may request that the client cover the installation cost. We make the upfront investment in installation and equipment, and a satisfactory credit record is the assurance we rely on for that investment.
