STAY AWAY - THIS COMPANY SHOULD CLOSE ITS DOORS.

Absolutely appalling service! The level of customer service this company provides is unacceptable. Every time I try to get assistance, I am met with answering machines instead of a real person who can actually help. It is incredibly frustrating to constantly call, leave messages, and get absolutely nowhere.

There is no proper support, no communication, and no sense of urgency in resolving customer issues. It feels as though customers are simply being ignored and left to fend for themselves. What is the point of having a customer service department if nobody is available to answer calls or provide assistance?

This has been a thoroughly disappointing experience, and the lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects reliable service or basic customer support. The company seriously needs to improve its service levels and start treating its customers with the respect they deserve.
