Showing respect to their customers

I was extremely disappointed in my internet service and reported this through HelloPeter. Nicholas from Screamer was quick to respond and has done everything that I feel a service provider should do to rectify the issue and make things right. I understand that technology can let us down and give problems, but the way in which it is handled is more important! Thank you Screamer for treating customers with respect.
