Poor customer service!!!

I have been with Screamer for a few months now and I initially thought I made a great choice as the service received seemed great. Little did I know that their technical side is not as sharp as their sales and support teams.

I have had a number of protracted outages in the past two months. Besides the generic sms one receives indicating that there’s an outage, one gets a sense that not much is done to resolve the issue.

When you call their support during these outages, you are kept holding for unreasonably long periods until you hang up (it’s not a free call remember!).

Whoever is heading the operations team is either *********** (together with his team) or just doesn’t care much about customers. With the latest incident, more than 3 technicians came to our complex to “fix” the problem in one day, but it seems that that was a very temporary fix. We are experiencing another outage again today (4/02/2025) and I believe technicians came earlier in the day to fix the issue. It’s not 5 hours later and we are without WiFi again. Can’t someone be proactive and resolve this problem once and for all!!!!

Perhaps it’s time we look to Screamer’s competitors for a solution since they seem overwhelmed. Would I refer anyone to Screamer? No ways!!!
