George Teffo the best person in what he does

I had a problem of my router not connecting to the network, I called in first day and I must say the service I got was very poor, the 2nd day I was the one calling following up on the matter till the 3rd day I called and spoke to George Teffo (the very best person I spoke to at screamer) he was so patient with me, promised to do a follow up and get back to me, because of the first and second bad experience I didn't even believe that he will call back, but he did, he explained things properly to me, even arrange for someone to go to my house and sort the matter out. I received calls from George through out the day and the problem that took others to solve in 3 days took him few hours to solve. My router was sorted and I must say it was all because of this Gentleman who made sure that it is done. I even wanted to cancel the subscription but because of George I have changed my mind, THANK YOU GEORGE TEFFO FOR AN EXCELLENT SERVICE GIVEN TO ME REALLY APPRECIATE 😁
