Excellent service for Screamers

I have been having ongoing problems with my fibre 20/20 Mbps fibre package for years at Screamers. On Thursday the 26th Marius Engelbrecht responded to my email logged & investigated it without wasting any time. The course of the problem - shocking how dishonest ******* can be & I would never have known. Marius worked till late in the night with lots of patience helping me with my equipment, change of passwords & even following up the next day. Honestly, this is exceptional commitment from Marius having the necessary ability, knowledge, & skill assisting me with me ongoing fibre issues. This the best service I experienced in years from Screamers. Thank you, now I have peace of mind.
