I had a few technical issues with my fiber line. Sipho from sales and Ralph from technical support were efficient and super helpful. They arranged a next day call out and called to follow up on the process to ensure I was satisfied with the end result. Sipho offered his personal assistance on Sunday afternoon. This kind of customer service is rare. Well done to the team, keep it up!
