Complaint, compliment
I took up a 20mbps wireless wifi package with Screamer Telecoms in May 2026. Little did I know that the experience with the company was going to be a daily nightmare. I was not receiving the service I was paying for. My connection was extremely horrible. My emails were responded to 3 to 4 days later, sometimes not. 4 months down the line, after still struggling with connection, I received assistance from a team led by Marius Engelbrecht. They went out of their way to ensure I was receiving the service I am paying for. So far, a happy client...
