AWSOME OPERATOR
Good day My WIFI of my Business went offline Today 12 / 01 /2025 and in same cases before I phoned call centre and a Operator with the name of 'RALPH' helped me I must Compliment the Operator as he was 100% clear on what stand me to do, He phoned me back a phew times to follow up, and he fixed the rooter by Phone.
Please will someone give this man a Bells and thank you for the Kindness and help again RALPH
Time that all other Operators be a RALPH :)
