Yesterday they activated may internet, they sent me a WiFi name which doesn't match the name which appears on the device when searching for a wifi name, obviously of they have shared an incorrect WiFi name that means the password they shared wont activate the internet connection, then their fiber cable which joins the router looked snapped, their partners Vumatel asked a rude consultant by name of Bervely to call me, she hung up the call while we were still talking.
