Worst WiFi service

I wish I could give this company half a star. Cut of my connection after I payed on time and only 1 day after payment was received. Customer service is a joke as they are no help at all. Still waiting for my refund a month later, still no communication from the "financial department" where my refund have been for over 3 weeks according to them, no contact number and email and other communication efforts where in vain, you will only get " help" on WhatsApp and then will be given a generic response or just no answer at all. I regret using this service as it's a bigger headache
