Worst Wi-Fi service

Absolutely disgusting service- for customers that pay for this service every month. 1. Continuous receive “your service is about to be suspended” emails - even though NO ONE can provide me with a statement show what “outstanding” amount was not paid 2. Phoning their customers service line only to be put on hold for 45 mins with no resolution. 3. Send numerous emails that no one will acknowledge but the ticket is closed as resolved after 48 hours.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced - absolutely unacceptable. Who is going to reimburse me for all the data I am having to buy to hotspot for work!
