WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

My experience with Sadv has been extremely horrible. I still don't know how a business like this is up and running with such a Poor customer service and review quality. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE. It has been a constant battle with numerous emails and calls regarding my network. The cherry ontop is that These agents don't even answer your calls I have been requesting I want my line release last month September already I've sent them numerous emails to their *** department and support department and not a single damn person responded nor got back to me.. I then eventually came across a gentleman If I stand correct he works in the CX department vumatel and goes by the name Skhumbuzo Zulu now this gentleman I'll give a 5 star rating this Man has been a helping hand and has been persistent in helping me resolve my each and every problem with Sadv and I truly thank him for his Patience 👋... The rest of the sadv yall get a 1 Star rating from me if there were a Zero rating yall would definitely get that from me too. Please work on bettering your service.
