Worst service ever!!!!!

My wifi has been down for 2 days and am not getting any assistance from SADV. I have called numerous times & each time the consultant says they r escalating the issue & they will get back to me but i never hear from them again. I sent a mail to their support but I haven’t received any feedback there either. Worst service provider ever!!!!!!!!
