worst service ever

worst experience ever. firstly the number listed doesn't work, then the WhatsApp nobody responds for hours then they say they transferring me to different department and that also takes hours for someone to get back to me. when the lady spoke to us about joining she told us to make payments for it to be done quick which we did and nothing has happened since then, which was in Jan. the woman isn't replying to us anymore
