Worst service ever!
Good Afternoon
I am just going to start on how I feel about the service I got from SADV!! I app**** for Vodacom fibre and SADV are the only Fibre ISP I have in Universitas Bloemfontein. I almost waited 3 weeks before any tech called my dad to arrange a time to come and install the fibre.
Here is we things got I bit weird... The guy phones my dad to arrange the installation and my that was busy at work in a ba*****t and did not have a good phone signal. My dad asks the guy to phone my son (that is me now talk here) the guy gave me a call and told me my dad said he did not want fibre in his home.
I phone my father and ask him why did he cancel the fibre. My father said he did not cancel the fibre he just asks the guy to phone me and make arrangements with me to install the fibre. NOTE my father is not up to date with technology. The bad part here is that I had to give a month's notes with my other ISP cause I am taking Vodacom fibre now. I phoned SADV and talk to them and told them they made a mistake my father didn't say they must cancel the fibre. He just said they must phone me. basically the same story I am telling you I told them on the phone.
Now I am going to be without the internet just because one guy said my father told him he must cancel the fibre. Now I have to wait for another time slot when they have time to install the fibre. Little do they know I have to have the internet to do my work and be on Zoom meetings. I am still waiting for a call from a tech 2 days later! I am offline on the 1st of June 2020!
I hope everyone makes the right choice and not to be with SADV they dont care about clients!!!
Regards.
