WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

For the last month now we have been trying to arrange our internet - we have spent in excess of 9 hours on the phone with your *********** people! If they do not throw the phone down in your ear, they do not answer!!!!! TODAY ALONE 2 HOURS AND 11 MINUTES ON THE PHONE.... Siya would have called my husband the 23rd of March, it is the 25th today...NO CALL!!!

So I called your office again....ONLY OPTION 2 OUT OF 5 OPTIONS ARE ANSWERED!!!!!

I spoke to Lucky this morning, he said he would call us back today still - lets see!!!!

Our router was delivered this morning after a 3 week struggle - but we can't use the router - the ONT was not installed :(
