Worst service ever!

Hi,I’m so disappointed in your services,I haven’t had WiFi for the last 4 days now,been making calls to your support center every day but no assistance,you keep sending people to apparently come fix the issue but they leave here and the WiFi is still not working.You don’t update us or call us back when our call cuts because airtime has run out due to holding to speak to an agent for over 40 minutes,you don’t send emails,no communication or whatever.We leave messages only to not be called back,nothing.I spend so much money on calling only to not get help
