Worst ISP - SADV
Most uselss ISP i have ever dealt with since Vumatel bought them Numerous emails for over a month with no reply When i call in i cant even speak to anyone with any sort of authority to just increase my line speed
I mean is it that hard ?

17 Aug 2021, 09:38I finally get a call last week after a month of emails. I automatically get upgraded to 100mb line as I point out I am already paying for 100mb but only getting 50mb. This is like *****ing. I request a 200mb line and am told it will be active during the weekend. As I had guessed nothing happened in the weekend as promised. A few more emails sent and still no reply or phone call back. Disgusting service as per the last month. I can’t even get cancellation to inform me of how to cancel. Stay far away from SADV everyone
