Worst ISP ever

If I could give them a negative 5 (a zero is giving them to much credit) I would, the worst ISP you will ever find, I made my payment for installation back in FEB and it never happened, IN March I asked for a refund, which I never received to date, tried using their whatsapp chat, it is totally useless you wait 10hours and they give you an automated response. I even doubt will receive my refund.
