WORST ISP. BLOCKED MY WORK WEBSITE

Honestly the absolute worst. I signed up last years and it took a while to get connected properly. Their connection is intermittent at times. Lately I realised they have blocked or put limitations to my work website. I rely on that website, it's my full time job. I KNOW it's them because when I use mobile data I am able to open the website, but when I'm connected to wifi, I can't open the website even on my phone. They have no telephone assistance, which is RIDICULOUS because you sent emails and they respond after a week on a good week. I don't missed out on many hours of work because of this blockage and now I can't reach them. I make R200 per hour and they won't reimburse me for my losses. They are ****en the worst
