Worst FTTH provider

This is the worst fibre company I have dealt with in my entire life. I placed and order for the ont to be installed (fibre is pre installed) a month ago, and have been following up continuously. At first I was told (very rudely) that I was still inside the eta, and that my installation would be done before the 14 work days were up. Since the SLA has now long been exceeded, I keep getting told that someone is going to get back to me. I have been stuck at home after surgery, and need to be working from home, if they had just told me it would take this long, I would have gotten rain 5g. I'd you have a choice, avoid like the plague
