Worst Fiber supplier

From having a average experience to now the worst experience ever. They offer customers a free speed upgrade but cant even get the speed for customer whom are on maximum speed. They are unprofessional as they don't get back to you . Seems there network is overloaded thus cannot supply speed one pay for

Hi Marius, we are sorry to hear that you have not been getting your speeds during the upgrade. We are also sorry for the lack of response from the team. We can assure you that our network engineers monitor the network continuously to ensure there is little to no congestion, so that speeds are running optimally during this time. Please could you inbox us your account details (name the order is under, address and ISP), so we can get the team to look into this for you.

Hi Marius, thank you for the information. We have checked the ticket and seen that all various checks were done by our team. Unfortunately, a fibre provider has very little control over a customer's end speed. We can only check the fibre levels to see if it is running optimally, as that can affect speed as well as check to see if our ONT is faulty. Our team has done both checks and both the ONT and fibre levels are running optimally. Other than that, unfortunately, your ISP will have to run the various other checks to your router. They will then be able to determine what the issue is and assist in fixing this. Please refer this to your ISP.

Thanks for your reply as this is the first response that i get. The others is only ticket closed . Furthermore it seems between yourselves and my ISP ( afrihost) you play a great game of rugby as your pass the ball to each other all the time. Fact remains i dont get what i am paying for.

Hi Marius, we are truly sorry that is is made to appear that each of us (your ISP and ourselves) are 'passing the buck'. Unfortunately, our team has done the necessary checks and have responded to your ISP as well. We have asked them to try and re-provision your line, as that might resolve the issue.
