Worst experience ever

I have had the worst experience with Vumatel, the second month i had it installed at my grandmothers house, it kept on loosing internet connection and sent ppl to come fix it, the customer service was bad, calls dont go though and I had to ask them to assist on WhatsApp. Its the 4th month now and i paid for the service on Friday the 29th of October, it still doesn't have internet access. I sent messages on WhatsApp and even emails but no one is assisting me....the worst experience i have had.
