Worst ever
I am so fed up with their services and THEIR LIES!! My installation was completed on the 11 April and they still have not closed off my case therefore mweb can't connect my service. I called on Monday and was assured it will be done. I called Tuesday and was told Tami is the only one who can closed the case and she was not in yet.. Said boitumelo. And assured I would get a call back. I call today was told tami is not In as usual.. And after hold for 11 minutes the call was dropped. So now my connection depends on weather tami is at work or kit and if she will do her job..i was also told my area was sorted.. But they advised mweb there is a problem. So what's the actual story!!

We are having issues in the Ormonde area with the network and are working to resolve them. We were, however, notified by our scheduling team that your services were up and running, shortly after your complaint was posted. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
