Worst customer support on the planet

Worst service I have ever received! Never ever do business with SADV if you can help it.

I signed up 2 weeks ago, filled out all required documentation and waited. I was told someone would contact me shortly but after not hearing anything from anyone a week later, I sent a mail asking for an update. I still have not received any response to that mail. 4 days later I call to ask for another update and was informed that someone would contact me within 48 hours to arrange installation. 3 days later, nothing! I called again! After waiting 8 minutes for someone to answer the phone, I was asked for my details to see how far my order is, after this, the agent just abandoned the call, leaving me in silence for 5 minutes and then cutting the call. Now hours later, still no call, mail or message from anyone at SADV.
