Worst Customer Service ever.

Tried contacting this company since Sunday so they come sort out the fibre at my house, spoke to Pertunia and Billy to name a few. After holding for 30 minutes +, 6 times, I asked to speak to the manager and they kept dropping the phone in my ear. all 6 times. One lady advised they would contact me back to set up time to fix this. again, NOBODY CALLED ME!. This is the worst service ever. Had CELL C told me they would be working with this company I would not have taken their stupid deal.
