Worst customer service. Don't take on this provider

The absolute worst customer service ever experienced. I canceled my subscription early October but they are still debiting my account for a service I don't use. It takes more than 24hrs to be assisted by an agent. The agents don't even know what to do and are very ***********. Shocking Shocking poor poor service. I beg you not to take on this service provide or you'll land in ICU because of stress
