What is going on?
I am told by my isp that it would take 2days to activate my service after sadv installed the line, everything is set up and running but its been 2 weeks now and they say sadv is holding them back. Could you please look into this?

We have confirmed with our technical coordinator that we have completed the installation and the system update, so you are up and running on our side. We have also informed your ISP of this. Apologies again.
