Waiting for refund for over 7 weeks

The most horrible service in the history of internet providing, have been waiting on my refund for the for over 6 weeks from SADV, this is my third review regarding my refund which has not been received. When contacting their agents on WhatsApp tickets are being closed without being assisted. SADV and Vumatel are the pits. ***
