Vume (SADV ) Don't care about customers

Hi my name is Innocent here I have a problem with vuma guys from the sales person, installers and the managers . I signed up in the beginning of August and I managed to pay on the 15 of August so they told they have placed a order so within 5 day the installer will come and install the wifi but nothing. Tried talking to them giving them chance to install but they failed even today . I request refund the manager told I will get my money within 7 working days but nothing so far. Please help me get my money back .
