vuma sadv wifi

i am not happy with VUMA SADV , it has been a whole week and a few days not connected after 'i paid 'on time their money, mind you this is my first time with them, and already a VERY BAD SERVICE, especially that whats app number , ;it is useless, i have complained everyday since i paid, some say my payment is reflecting some say it is not, i must send proof of payment , I DID THAT, one agent just called me, sounded very unsure of what he was explaining he ended up saying i must hold he will transfer me to the relevant department , he HUNG UP ON ME, now what must i do really
