Vuma & SADV terrible service

I’ve made payment on the 2 June, it is now the 6 June and I’m still not reconnected for my services. They have taken my money. But I’m unable to get an actual response. The so called 24/7 WhatsApp service is pathetic in terms of receiving as actual progressive response. There’s no manager number to contact. The email addresses have no one responding. The sales agent from Vuma is unable to give me a contact to escalate my complaint and says he hasn’t received feedback since the 2 June. It’s meant to be an affordable & reliable service. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
