Vuma SADV service provider

I have been trying to get hold of the SADV service provider but there is no contact of theirs that is working and when I contact them via WhatsApp they do not respond. I have been waiting for hours to get hold of their agents with no response. Their customer care service is very poor. I am extremely disappointed
