Vuma Sadv is the worst

Vuma Sadv is the worst wifi network supplier, I have had the worst expiriece with them. Starting from their useless way to communicate, you speak from one agent to the next explaining the same thing and they end up ending the chat saying the chat was delayed while their agent is not responding. I have been waiting for almost 2 months for them to come and fix my wifi. how can you expect as client who is paying to wait 2 months with no service. I finally gave up on them coming to fix my wifi and tried to cancel and they said i had to wait until the end of the month, when the end of the month comes they deduct my account again and told them they need to cancel and they say i can’t because they’ve already deducted.m, when i ask the agent they say i must leave my acc on 0 so they won’t get any money but how can i leave my account without money when i have so many debit orders going off including my car. i am very disappointed at vuma sadv
