Vuma, SADV Installation

I app**** for Vuma (SADV) product last year July 2023, they asked me to paid for first installment before installation , when the technicians arrives they found that there's no infrastructure and told me that there is nothing they can do, so I should ask for a refund. I logged complaints several times via WhatsApp, calls, and emails, but no help.
